PDIT Group was established in 2003 as a result of consolidation of an international group of experts with a long experience of operations in petrochemical industry, trading and financing. Initially the key type of the company activities includes supplies of oil & petrochemical raw material for plenty of Russian enterprises, active trading by petrochemical products between Russian and foreign markets. Since today PDIT Group trades chemicals & petrochemicals products around the world.

PDIT (Netherlands) B.V. was incorporated in Netherlands in 2006 to become a trading, fiscal and logistic operator of PDIT Group in Europe with an aim to increase delivery service for its customers on a higher level.

PDIT Ltd. Pte. was incorporated in Singapore in May 2006 to become a trading vehicle of PDIT Group in Asia with an aim to increase its trading activity on the Asiasn market especially in China.

PDIT (Siisse) S.A. was incorporated in Switzerland in October 2006 to become a trading vehicle of PDIT Group in Europe with an aim to increase its trading activity on the European market.
